What is an artist purpose in life?

The answer was so simple it was hard for me to believe.

Everything we come across an artist has touched, in one way or the other. The thing about an artist is most don't want this burden. I know in my experience it is excruciating working on a project and even worse trying to bring forth an idea in the back of your mind. And any artist knows what I'm talking about. The one in the back corner that you can feel but cannot describe just yet.

The mind of an artist is a strange place. It's the reason I had to write this. It's the reason I thought about the subject. It's the reason I'm so comfortable in a creative situation. It's the reason we keep going, because we don't know what the future will bring.

Think wide. Think outside the box. Then look back in.

It's very open to what we can do. We have a lot that can be done in a short amount of time. But yet it feels like we do nothing. Thats the mind of an artist. It's in all of us. One way or the other.

This took me a few try's to write.

It never came out how I wanted it to. Maybe that's how it's suppose to be written.
